We offer two types of analysis: a Listing Review for properties already listed on Zillow, and a Pre-Listing Prep report for properties preparing to go on market. Both include an at-a-glance assessment across key categories, an optimized listing description, photo strategy and improvement recommendations, comparable market analysis, and projected outcome improvements.

You'll typically receive your listing strategy report the same day you submit your listing. We'll send it directly to your email address.
No! Our service is useful for property owners, real estate agents, and anyone involved in selling a property. Many agents use our service to get a second opinion or to give their clients extra insight.
No problem! You can enter your property details manually and upload your own photos. This is perfect if you're preparing to list, selling on another platform, or just want feedback before going live.

A single report is $20 per listing. If you run reports regularly, our annual subscription is $199/year and includes up to 20 reports (additional reports are $20 each). Visit our pricing page for details.
While we can't guarantee specific results, our recommendations are based on real estate best practices and current market data. We focus on giving you specific, practical insights that you can act on right away—what to highlight, what to improve, and how to present your property in the best possible light.
Your card is charged immediately when you complete checkout. Your listing strategy report will be delivered to your email the same day. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your analysis, contact us at contact@listino.ai within 7 days of receiving your report and we'll either work to address your concerns or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Yes! While we can automatically import from Zillow, you can also submit your listing manually for any platform — Realtor.com, Redfin, FSBO, or even pre-listing preparation. Just enter your property details and upload your photos.
Each recommendation in our report includes impact, cost, and effort ratings so you know exactly what to prioritize. Most recommendations can be implemented yourself or shared with your photographer, stager, handyman, or real estate agent.
